['PSP' on the Issue] NO to Deployment of S. Korean Troops! NO to Participation in Trumpโs War! (Sep 18,2026)
At a press conference (September 18), President Lee Jae Myung said, โThere will be no deployment of troops to become involved or intervene in the war,โ and stated that the โprinciple of non-involvement and non-intervention in warโ remains unchanged. At the same time, however, he said that โminimum activities to protect our countryโs merchant vessels, crude oil transportation routes, and the lives and safety of our citizensโ are necessary, and that the government is considering ways to โstrengthenโ the activities of the Cheonghae Unit, which is currently deployed near the Strait of Hormuz. This means increasing the size of the already deployed Cheonghae Unit and expanding the area and scope of its operations. This is a deployment of South Korean troops, but one carried out through a loophole that bypasses even the consent of the National Assembly. |

3 Years of Genocide in Gaza โPalestine Solidarity Forum (Sep 19, 2026)
๐ฅ More than 100 people joined the forum. Together, we looked at the history and present reality of Israelโs colonial occupation project and reaffirmed why we must continue building global solidarity with Palestine.
๐ต๐ธ After the talks, it was deeply moving to see so many young people and students approach Palestinians in Korea, saying, โSee you on October 11! Iโll definitely come with my friends.โ
๐ Throughout the venue, people showed their interest and solidarity with the various booths showcasing three years of Palestine solidarity work, solidarity merchandise, and the Palestine Solidarity University Student Network.
๐ We will not stop. Letโs carry the determination we built on this day into the Global Day of Joint Action on October 11!
