One-Day Cooking Class: Stories from Palestinian Home Kitchen (June27, 2026)
🍽
The one-day cooking class was a great success! People from diverse backgrounds came together, united by a shared interest in Palestinian cuisine and the Palestinian cause, creating a meaningful space for solidarity. The valuable participation of several Palestinians made our solidarity even stronger and more meaningful.
🇵🇸Nareman, our Palestinian chef, shared: “Palestinian cuisine is far more than a means of nourishment. It is a vessel of collective memory and a deeply rooted narrative. It embodies a history of resilience and resistance against Israel’s ongoing attempts, as the occupying power, to erase Palestinian identity, appropriate its heritage, and dismantle its cultural existence. In this context, Palestinian food becomes a gentle form of resistance and a space where collective memory is preserved.”
️ ✨️The work of PSP continues. We look forward to your continued interest and participation in our future activities.
