Due to Israelโs anti-human-rights blockade of the Gaza Strip, approximately 2.5 million residents are facing a severe humanitarian crisis, suffering from shortages of essential goods such as food and medicine, and living in tents as displaced persons.
Meanwhile, Israel has attacked and carried out maritime abductions of Gaza aid flotilla activists of various nationalities who seek to break the blockade and deliver relief supplies.

Mohammed El-Kurd was one of the leading activists in the Sheikh Jarrah protests of 2021, where Palestinians mobilized against Israelโs attempts to expand settlements in the neighborhood. A writer and poet, he has consistently worked to amplify the Palestinian cause.

at the 2026 May Day Rally (May 1,2026)
โPeople in Solidarity with Palestiniansโ successfully carried out solidarity and outreach activities at the 2026 International Workersโ Day rally in Seoul.
Thanks to the active support and volunteering of so many people, we were able to widely spread voices opposing war and calling for solidarity with Palestinians. With the spirit of solidarity and support that had continued even before May Day itself, we were able to carry out a wide range of activities.

โFrom the Nakba to the Iran Warโ (May 2, 2026)
Organized by Arise Art Space and People in Solidarity with Palestinians (Busan), the event brought together about 50 people who shared their hopes for Palestinian liberation.
Participants viewed the works of Moayed, a photographer from the Gaza Strip, and watched a video message from him.
